Ok ..first it works!! Started with tummy tea..then strawberry tummy shake once a day with milled flax seeds..held me the entire day..This is first thing found that really works..easy to make and go...AND actually works...I am sooooo happy with this product .thank you so much

I absolutely LOVE the FlatTummy app. It is so user friendly, keeps on track and motivated, and the community is so encouraging. One of the things I love the most about this app are the visuals they give you to the exercises you are supposed to do. This helps me so much because I am no workout guru, but the app makes me feel close to it! The different meal recipes are also amazing because it helps reinforce the effort I am putting in.
