I bought the tea and lollipops which have helped start my weight loss journey. They have helped control my emotional binge eating I used to do. Thanks to the lollipops which taste good I no longer snack from boredom and low energy. The tea has helped me with a health condition I suffer from. I no longer feel bloated all the time and I’m noticing I’m starting to get leaner, my clothes are no longer tight. If you suffer from excruciating periods I definitely recommend the menstrual tea which has helped stop me from taking 4 pills to get through the first day cramping. Only downside I find is I wish they had sample packs of the shakes as I’ve tried protein shakes from other companies in the past which usually have a flavour that’s so overpowering and disgusting that for the price of the flat tummy co I don’t want to take a chance with out trying to make sure I’d actually like the shake.
