Horrible customer service!! Good products though.
Great products but horrible customer service. I reached out through amazon pay an email ahead of shipment to cancel order for refund. Recieved a response from Katie requesting email address verification ( my email address that is on my account info an from prior orders an email) to continue to cancel. Respond with email verification anyways then receive response from Katie the next day sstating now that order has bedn sent an unble to cancel an unable to refund. Products are good but the customer service is a disappointment.

Hi Sharon, We are sorry to hear this, but we appreciate you reaching out to us on this. We can confirm due to our order terms and conditions, and with it being consumable we aren't able to cancel an order once it is packaged and sent along for shipment out. We do our best to reply back to emails in a timely manner, though it can take up to 24 hours for a reply. Our programs can definitely be held onto for a later date, if you weren't looking to get started right away!
