I must say flat tummy tea is great I used it according to the instructions on the box. I must say I was super surprised of my results I lost 5 pounds in about 2 weeks . The tea is very light and isn’t as strong as I thought so that made it easier for me to digest and continue with my day . I would highly recommend this product if you are ready to change those body goals .

I absolutely love this shake! I typically hate protein shakes because you can usually taste the PROTEIN. & it’s definitely an acquired taste. This tho is so smooth! I ordered the strawberry shake and drink it everyday as my dinner meal replacement. Throw a little bit of mangos and strawberries in mine with almond milk and it’s AAHHMAZZIINNGG 😍!
