I've been trying to find a new protein shake that has digestive enzymes and is gluten-free. This one has been great so far, it caters to my needs and helps curb my cravings! I usually enjoy tossing it into the blender alongside some berries & low-fat dairy-free milk in the morning before my workout. The chocolate flavour is pretty good!

I started the flat Tummy tea and shakes I’m just one week in and so far I’m seeing a difference. I also ordered the lollipops they just shipped so I’m looking forward to trying those out I’ll also give a better update once I’ve been using the products longer I’m excited to see the end results.

I have used the 4 week flat tummy tea in the past and it really helped with the bloating along with exercising. I hadn’t used the tea in a while and while I am currently trying get back I shape, I have been trying to recall what I was doing before and that reminded me that I was drinking the tea! The tea works in a way to help you keep the bloating down by acting as a cleanser. I will also say that it is very gentle and you don’t have to stay in the house after you drink it! Of course the tea works differently on people but from my experience it has worked for me.
