The absolute best experience dealing with Megan whitmore and Mandy Davis.. was a bit sceptical of the service level going in knowing the commission but was pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed by how I was treated.. can not sing their praises enough..

Linda at Flat Fee Access was wonderful! She spent a lot of time with us to make sure we sold our home at the price we wanted. Thanks to her we are now living in the home of our dreams!

Honest and quick to respond. No complaints here, they handled my escrow swiftly and with great accuracy. I was especially impressed with their response time to my questions and addressing any of my concerns as well as getting everything entered quickly and closing with ease. Will definitely use them again next time I sell one of my properties. Thank you 🙏
