Flat fee access sold my Flip property in Thousand Oaks CA for 75$. That’s right 75$. I thought it was to good to be true. I’m thinking, what’s the catch. No catch, all business. There service was simple and easy to use. Downloading pics was easy. I hosted my own open house and in the first week got an offer. They provided all the documents and disclosures and even negotiated with the buyers. My agent did a great job in assisting me with everything. The only thing they can improve on is the communication with the buyers agents. Maybe I got lucky selling my house but I couldn’t have done it without Flat fee access. Saved me over $24,000.
