honest up front about the wait due to having to come from international waters. I had spoke to Bob last year but things didn't pan out the way I want( my fault) but this year I did ordered the bike I wanted. Bob helped it make happen now I am just waiting for it to get here so i can start ridding. Thank you Bob, for your time and keeping in touch with me. once i get the bike and go for a few rides will let you know what i think of the bike for riding but i believe it will be great, a minus a sore butt (haven't ridden a bike in over 25 years or close to that ) lol Thanks to all that make theses bike will be great form my road trips to friends and family in other parts of Canada

I recently made a purchase of inserts for my tires from flatbike. The manufacturer sent the wrong size tubes for the inserts. Flatbike researched and found me the correct size and paid to have them shipped to me. They went above and beyond to make this right when it wasn't their mistake. Excellence customer service.

Only had the chance to talk to Bob on the phone to order some bike parts. Bob is one of the nicest person I have spoken to on the phone. He will take the time to explain EVERYTHING and will not rush you at all. The store carries hard to get items and the prices are very fair.

Customer service, communication was outstanding! Bob is very personable and responds to your emails very promptly. The bike is very high in quality and eliminates the requirement to have your vehicle outfitted with a bike rack. Amazing product and company.
