Flatbike, Inc.Reviews of flatbike.com

Great product. Liked that I could use my original handlebars without any mods. Very well made high quality product. Easy to install and use. Great for storing bike in tight areas. Rigid when riding. Would definitely buy again.

Call them up and talked to the owner who was straight up cool. He heard me out and got me the part I wanted in this covid shortage. Thank you!

No real instruction on how to install. Adds weight to wheel, more than I imagined it would. Expensive too. Easy enough to install. Should probably only be sold with the smaller tube required. If I wear out my tires before I get another flat it will be well worth the price. Good Idea for desert thorny rides.

I tried to buy a pair of detachable Wellgo mini-pedals but the Flatbike website would not let me, so I called and left a message. Bob Forgrave called me back and told me it was because they were out of stock in black, but he had them in silver. He apologized for the puzzling behavior of the website and said he would put an "out of stock" sign on the applicable items. I was also concerned about the size of the mini-pedals and Bob assured me that they would work for all but the most technical mountain bike terrain. As we spoke I put in my order for a silver pair on the website and got them a few days later. The pedals work well and they are not too small.

Excellent bike, excellent service, excellent components.

Quickly shipped my item and it was exactly as described. They reached out before shipping and confirmed that I was getting the correct part. Thanks

Product great, arrived as promised, great service call.

My order was received, processed and shipped promptly and USPS shipping was only a couple of business days. Not quite as fast as the Next day Prime, most of us are used to, but under a week and I had my order. Glad to support a business directly and not through Amazon. The pedals work just as expected! Hooray.
