ETA- Sahar, This shows delivered 3/16 and we reached out to you to confirm a few times. If there are any issues with the delivery just let us know. Hi Sahar, was this for the Compass Box Juveniles? I just checked your tracking and it shows they made 2 delivery attempts and will make another delivery attempt today or tomorrow. We did send it via GLS the first business when you ordered. Just sent a message to the shipper to confirm and will get back to you as soon as I hear back. Rest assured we stand behind everything we ship so if there are any issues we'll send you a replacement right away. Will keep you posted!

I get your frustration Jared. It arrived 3 weeks after you ordered & took us 2 weeks of constant back and forth with the warehouse the AMT crew sent the bottles to. Everything we've ever sold has always shipped from our shop where we have full control of it, and thats how the Mixtapes were until the last volume was released. We were at the mercy of the warehouse and agreed with AMT to fulfill all of the Volume 8 orders regardless, which we did. We got your delivery notification yesterday afternoon. We do care, a lot, and we got put in an absurd situation which in turn put the Mixtape subscribers in an absurd situation and it all falls on us for not cancelling the Mixtape program earlier but hindsight is 20/20. I'm not going to go into the long winded specifics publicly but glad to fill you in via email or a call if you'd like. This was the time in 16 months of subscriptions that we 1. did not have the product here, 2. had no control over packaging, and 3. the bottles arrived 3 weeks late (and again, not even to US). Also to add- the Mixtape folks decided to stop printing the cards. We've heard an earful about that one too as I don't believe the subscribers were notified. We stepped up and advocated for the customer. Me specifically, when I spoke with AMT in person and said this can't go on. If this was your first subscription then you probably didn't receive the emails from Agave Mixtape explaining this broadly. But to rate 1 star when everyone here was nice to you, took dozens of emails and calls that are completely out of our scope of work, just to get this box to you that frankly we lost money on.. a 1 star rating is just not cool. Not cool at all.
