Overall, things were fine with my order. I'd paid for overnight shipping which wound up being delayed, and once I got the order, two of the six bottles had some issues. In one, the cork part of the lid came unglued and was stuck in the bottle. I managed to fix it. In the other, the lid and plastic wrapping were both quite loose. Not deal-breakers in ordering from them, but a bit of a challenge.

Can't use gift cards in the store. Ordered online but three items were out of stock even though the website said they were in stock. Had to re-order 3 times since another order was mistakenly canceled by your staff. Overall process cumbersome and took a lot longer than expected from a routine online order.

Ordering was easy! Thank you—box well packed and safely delivered by UPS. Except—ONE bottle packed snd shipped with broken seal so some liquid leaked out. No glass broken, just a broken seal :-(

Online order. The good: Excellent selection, decent prices, well packaged bottles for transport, efficient costumer service once things were going wrong. The bad: Order was not being processed. Then I got shipping notification without tracking information. Never an update. Had to reach out to find out that shipment had not been placed. Eventually shipment was done with a different courier, UPS, and again I did only receive tracking info after reaching out. UPS was bad with their service and communication, but that is not really on flasks.

I paid $2 for insurance.

I was charged $6.00 for a gift box and I think when you spend more then $64 a bottle for tequila, and buy two, it would be nice if they didn't charge. I get it if you spend $20/$30 dollars but after $50 you should get gift wrap. That's just good customer service.
