Flask Fine Wine & WhiskyReviews of flaskfinewines.com

super helpful, all I can say!

I had purchased a bottle of liquor from online and had a suspicion of fraud. I contacted Flask support to verify my order and we realized someone had created a fraudulent website using flask products. Flask support immediately started to investigate and took action to get the website shut down. I was refunded my full cost and was very grateful for Flask immediate action. Thanks Peter.

I've been to the shop on Ventura Blvd and had them deliver to my house. Exceptional service both times! I placed an order on line and they called me almost immediatly to schedule the delivery. You don't get that kind of customer service from the big box stores. But you really must go into the shop. Wonderfully stocked with wine, liquor, accessories, and plenty of knowledge. I'd stay for the wine alone, but hearing their experienced staff talk about wine is worth the trip. They can answer all your questions. Just go! It's worth the trip. You'll be FINE.

Bottle was securely packaged and arrived quickly.

I had a great overall experience. I contacted them with a very special bottle and they got back to me quick with a very reasonable offer. They have awesome customer service and made the whole process at ease. I highly recommend flaskfinewines.com for all your collections and for your new collection additions!

I had an amazing experience with Flask. Upon placing my order online I called the store for some recommendations and they were so helpful! Thank you so much Flask for helping me pick out some delicious wines for our dinner party and for the amazing service. I will definitely order again.

Flask Fine Wines are "stand up" folks and I would be happy to do business with them again even though my experience did not start out that way. I purchased some bottles of a White Burgundy we are fond of from Flask Fine Wines and upon uncorking the first bottle, we knew something was wrong. The wine was a dark yellow/brown color and we knew this to not be correct. Long story short, after some investigation on their part, they determined that the winery had discovered a Premox issue with that particular year and offered us a full refund. Mistakes happen. It's how people fix it that determines average from great customer service and Flask Fine Wines falls into my GREAT category. Highly recommend FFW.

Awesome gift wrapping, was hesitant to pay extra for the fancy one but turned out to be well worth it
