Easy ordering, well packed, one problem
Ordering was easy! Thank you—box well packed and safely delivered by UPS. Except—ONE bottle packed snd shipped with broken seal so some liquid leaked out. No glass broken, just a broken seal :-(
Response from Flask Fine Wine & WhiskyNov 29, 2022
You’re welcome! Sorry to hear about the broken seal! Please reply to the order email with a photo and we'll get it sorted for you right away. Cheers!

Outstanding service, and customer care!
Had questions regarding hard to find product(s), made phone call and spoke to salesperson (Sarah) who was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and patient. I'm not to tech savvy so I asked "how to" and she not only walked me through process but helped me understand and feel comfortable about online transaction. She represented Flask with the utmost professionalism, customer care, and efficiency possible. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you again.

First time shopper
First time shopper. Bought a $1200 bottle of whiskey to add to the collection. The shipping was quick and efficient, but the actual crown royal box was covered in scratches and was just imperfect.
Response from Flask Fine Wine & WhiskyNov 27, 2022
Hi Avery thanks for shopping with us. The box should have arrived to you without a scratch. Can you please send us over some photos? Will get it sorted for you ASAP. Thanks again!
