The virtual Visa reward is a prepaid card, which means acceptance can vary depending on the merchant, as some do not support prepaid cards or certain transaction types. At redemption, we offer a selection of reward options, and the virtual Visa is one of several available choices. Direct transfers to a personal bank account aren’t supported.
