Hello Kayla,  Thank you for your feedback.  We have reviewed your account and found that several deals were not tracked as completed because they remained in the "Visited" status, which indicates the required tracking steps were not fully started. Regarding the Costco gift card, when a user chooses to cash out early for a lower reward value than originally planned, the incentive is automatically issued as a Visa gift card.  We appreciate your time and regret any frustration this caused.
