I'm not too sure what to say because I haven't received my reward as of yet.

I wanted to give a 5 star review but the main reason is because I'm still waiting for my final reward. If I get that soon, i will be very grateful. I would also like to do these types of rewards more than once every one or two years!

You guys were great at responding in a quick fashion. Some of the things that you needed for me to prove I did complete the claims I didn’t like and that’s why I gave a 4 star. However not needing to print a claim form and get it notorized and sent and then wait some more was definitely better. This is my second time getting this reward. It’s easy to complete. Some may not know to bypass things when you’ve completed them so they may think it’s fake, but it definitely isn’t! Will be doing this again in 2 years. Thank you for this opportunity. I will be using my $1,000 Visa card for Christmas gifts.

Answered any question I had in a reasonable time and completely legit. This is my second time dealing with them and have had a great experience each time

The rules are misleading and I pretty much had to threaten customer service to get my reward. The response times and credit awarding system is slow. This process took me an entire month but I finished the deals within days. Customer service needs to be more responsive and faster with their replies. It’s almost as if they don’t answer unless you show them that you’ve reported them to the BBB. Very unfair and not worth the headache.

The whole entire process is quite difficult. I was working to get the $750 reward into my CashApp, and unless you're an everyday online shopper, someone with a few hundred dollars to spend, and an everyday gamer, there's just no way to get through all of the tasks they want you to complete. So I completed enough free tasks to earn a "lower" reward, their $100 Visa Gift Card. That process puts you through it! I had to upload my driver's license numerous times, upload a selfie with my driver's license very clearly visible numerous times, and I got email after email asking me to do these steps again and again. It was not an easy process. In the end, I had to email them asking if my documentation was enough and if they were sending me my reward and they said yes. Now I am waiting for it in the mail.
