I didn't receive the product and I still haven't gotten my refund or had it reshipped to me.

Doesn’t work!

I received a unit that didn't work and had to spend a third of the unit cost to send it back for repair.

how the scam works Order eBay (Dreamcast 16M Memory Card with Cable) eBay /itm/264287797071 What you get in the mail just the cable in plastic wrap that says 16m memory card with memory card CRT-015. After messaging the shop asking where the other half of my order was, all I got a canned borderline automated response shifting the blame here it is. Hello and Good Morning! I personally package this item and shipped it and can confirm the unit was complete when packaged. Was there any damage to the shipping package when the item arrived or was there perhaps someone else in the house that might have received and opened the package before you were able to get to it, possibly setting the additional parts aside? Thank you and we hope you are able to locate the parts soon! Flashback Limited I watched the mail get dropped off and opened it on my bed to specifically to make sure I got everything the package that arrived.(I genuinely need it to fix a save) and clearly only the cable had arrived. with the memory card it would have been bulged outwards it was flat. The other thing in the bag was a order sheet with one item CRT-015 the same item number on the cables packaging with zero memory card with the in the bag or taped to the bag the listing also clearly shows the memory card and cables being separate they do not come pre packaged together, they are 2 separate items in the photos the cable has the stock number while the memory card is displayed as a separate item when the name states it includes a memory card They want me to send them the memory card they didn't put on the order sheet or send me in order to get a refund. eBay has a 7 day timer to put a negative review on a shop with positive reviews, so most people are going to give up and forget about it so they can maintain a 99% on eBay store clean of scam reports because they sent something, amazing how eBay protects scammers.

Ordered a xim matrix and I shipped in 2 days but due to it being Sunday it was supposed to deliver on Monday, and I see a message saying insufficient address which has never ever happened to me while getting stuff delivered through usps, I contacted FBL email and they are trying to charge me to reship the item that I paid my hard earned money for. Definitely not recommending this horrible site to anyone. Terrible customer service aswell. And its a scam

Device I purchased doesn’t work.

You delivered to the wrong address

I bought a Cronus Zen back button for my PS4 controller because I already have the Cronus Zen device I thought this would be a plus which it still might be if I had a product that was functional and working! I have gone on every Cronus Zen website for better instructor even a FaceTime call with a collective Minds agent and we could not get the back button attachment to pair up with my Cronus Zen device. Now the Cronus is very fun to use I do use a scuf controller with it wanted to use a regular PS4 controller with these action buttons on the bottom where I am used to the paddles of a Scuf Controller but anyways I bought this in haste due to Black Friday sales I actually after I bought it found it $15 cheaper brand new on GameStop's website all in all I guess I'm saying you don't know what you get from this company apparently I believe they are all refurbished items or overstocked items but all in all my device does not work...
