I ordered an Xbox 360 controller and it didn't work. There was not a return label. I asked for a return label to be mailed to me but said they wouldn't. I have know way to print a return label. I work everyday and they are usually closed but I have to get home to my special needs son. No reason a return label can't be mailed to me. Now I'm stuck with a controller that doesn't work. I had to buy another one. I'm an influencer and I'm not happy about your service. Thank you

The nexus controller wasn’t working and the LT would just function without me pressing it down. I tried getting a refund but every time I open a link it says “server not found”. I don’t recommend this product.

I reached out to Flashback to explain that I had a defected controller and was told that it was probably a setting that needed to be changed and to refer to the FAQ forum for further assistance. I went through all the forums and updated the controller and USB several times and still have the exact same problems. Gun autofires and will not stop until you have no ammo left. This is controller is trash. I want my money back.

Converter did not work for g27 to ps4

Never received product, company waived it off as delivery issue. Label creation issues for order throughout. The agent I spoke to was nice and at least tried to be as helpful as the bureaucracy would allow him to. That being said I still did not receive a single thing, nor a refund, nor any credit for the lack of delivery.
