The customer service was fantastic. We actually did not receive the cord we ordered, but when we contacted the company they were very apologetic. They sent out the correct cord right away and admitted their mistake. No extra charge of course.

Item came in expected condition, no dents or damage to boxing. Delivery was a day late but that's honestly expected where I live, so no star reduction for that. Product itself works perfectly, so I'd say 5 stars! Never heard of the company before so I was honestly skeptical of them, but it seems my fears were unfounded as everything turned out alright.
