Buyers beware!!!
Buyers beware!!!! If you have any issues questions or want to know more? About the warranties they claim to have they do not back them up and there is no one to talk to. No where to call. They do not return emails at all. Horrible company! EDIT: To your reply the email I used is terrymandy9@aol you will find several emails from me….and it’s under Mandy Humphrey order #55955 and again no response from you Edit again: I check spam once a week and nothing….

I have been trying to return my purchase simply because it will not work without other equipment. Emailed 3 times, had to leave a review just to get an answer to check spam folder, then required other steps that were not in their return policy, and have still not received the return labels. They state 14 day return time but with their delays it making it hard to meet those time frames.

Hello, after we received your email we are going to keep replying to you, I don't know for what reason you can't see our emails, until the third time, you finally saw our message, we provide the screenshot of the reply as well as letting you check the spam just want to eliminate the misunderstanding, prove that we are responsible for our customers and won't ignore our customers. In addition, about the return, if you read our return policy carefully, you will know that not all cases of return will be covered by us, and we can't just provide a return label without making sure what is the reason for your return and whether the product meets the status of the return request. Now that you have been able to receive our emails, our customer service will continue to follow up on the return. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Hi, your order was delivered on the 7th day, 7-15 days which is the normal shipping time , and, due to the spike in orders near Christmas when you placed your order, there was a delay in both our warehouse and federal processing centre. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Complete joke
Complete joke. I could not find any reviews on these for a D series Dodge truck but thought I would give them a try. They will not fit as advertised or at all. Also, they include 3/8in header bolts instead of the correct 5/16in. Just spend the money on Hedman.
