Everything fast and I damaged and it all looks grwat

Excellent Quality and loved that it was made in the USA

Very happy with the product. Would have given a 5 except that when I called shortly after placing the order, a gentleman answerEd the phone and as I was explaining the situation he hung up on me as I was in mid sentence. It sounded like a deliberate hang up as the click was loud and prevalent. I actually wanted to double my order. In any event, I would given a 5 but can’t bring myself to doing it as I feel they need to work on their customer service skills. But all in fairness, very happy with the product and therefore 4 stars.👍

I recently purchased a stainless steel fire pit cover that was bent during delivery. Mike at Flame Creation quickly corrected our issue. Great customer service. I would recommend Flame Creation!

High quality product with a perfect fit!

Amazing product and looks beautiful. We have a large outdoor area with custom square firepit and this 39" flat coper cover was the perfect accent. Did not give 5 stars due to some corner damage when received. Not sure if this was a shipping carrier issue or a packing issue. Regardless a little bit of hammering took out the small imperfections. Great product would recommend to anyone looking for a unique look.

The service from Flame Creation was top of the line. Despite the hardships associated with COVID-19 they were responsive, friendly, and eager to help. They let me know when my product would ship, updated me when it did, and followed-up to make sure I was happy. Suffice to say I was, not just with their service, but with the quality of the product. I would use Flame Creation again in a heartbeat.

Love the fire pit cover! Service and speed of delivery were incredible (as in great) given the craziness we are all living through today!
