I have been contacted for 2 different delivery dates and both have been cancelled due to the item not received from XPO. Still holding out hope I will receive.

What they showed on the photo was nothing what I received in the mail. Very flimsy, very light and very cheaply made. I got another one with a thicker gauge for a fourth the price. Very disappointing.

Terrible contact and update info!

ordered parts aprox 2 weeks ago. no email updates, comunication updates and still no parts that was ordered.

I really give no stars. We never got cover. Message said delivered but never was. I contacted them and they said I must look again, ask neighbors etc. I did look everywhere again then contacted them again. Now they said they had to investigate with Fedex before they could send another cover 3-5 days. Delivery date was Oct 9 and today is Oct23 ... still no word or cover! So I asked for a refund. Be wary!

The welding looks really bad, doesn't look professional at all !! Will not buy from you again. Really disappointing

Unfortunately, the cover arrived dented. For the price, it is a much flimsier material than I expected. Also, I thought for the size (48”) it would have two handles. Quite awkward with just one handle. Disappointing purchase.

Never received item. Emailed asking for updates and got no reply.
