Thank you. Truly. Reading your words was an incredibly emotional and meaningful experience for our entire team. Feedback like yours is far more than a review for us - it is a reminder of why Flalingo exists in the first place 💙 Hearing this perspective from someone with more than 20 years of teaching experience makes your words especially valuable. The fact that you spent years imagining the “ideal language school,” experienced many different systems and platforms, and then found those values reflected in Flalingo is something we honestly do not take lightly. From the very beginning, our goal at Flalingo was never simply to become another online English platform. We genuinely wanted to build a learning ecosystem where education, communication, flexibility, human connection, and long-term development could coexist in a meaningful and sustainable way for both students and teachers. Your comments beautifully describe many of the principles we care deeply about every day: * carefully selecting and supporting teachers * creating real flexibility for both tutors and students * building AI-supported matching systems that help students find teachers who truly fit them * allowing students the freedom to continue with one teacher or explore different teaching styles and accents * maintaining responsive and human-centered student support * and equally importantly, building a tutor support system where educators feel respected, trusted, and valued We are especially touched by your thoughts about fulfillment and emotional connection. Language learning is deeply human. Behind every lesson, there is confidence-building, cultural exchange, vulnerability, growth, and trust. That is why we try to design every part of the Flalingo experience - from lesson scheduling to support communication - around people rather than only processes. Your observation that Flalingo is not driven purely by conventional business logic means more to us than we can express. Of course, like every growing platform, we work hard operationally and technologically every day. But at the center of everything, we genuinely care about education itself and about creating an environment where students and teachers can thrive together. We also deeply appreciate your recognition of our tutor support teams. Supporting teachers properly is one of the most important parts of creating healthy learning experiences for students. We strongly believe that when teachers feel respected, supported, flexible, and emotionally comfortable, students naturally receive better and more meaningful lessons. And finally, hearing that Flalingo helped you become a more fulfilled and content teacher is perhaps one of the greatest compliments we could ever receive. Thank you for trusting us for nearly three years. Thank you for your passion, your dedication, and your beautiful energy. And most importantly, thank you for being part of the Flalingo family 🌍💙

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We are truly happy to hear that your application and onboarding experience with Flalingo felt professional, smooth, and welcoming from the very beginning. At Flalingo, we believe that every tutor should feel respected, supported, and valued throughout the entire onboarding process, not only after starting lessons. Your kind words about our Human Resources team mean a lot to us as well. We work hard to create a warm, friendly, and human-centered communication experience where tutors feel comfortable asking questions and receiving guidance during every stage of the process. Building a strong global tutor community starts with creating positive first impressions, and we are very happy to hear that you experienced this with Flalingo 💙 Thank you again for your trust and support. We are excited to have you as part of the Flalingo family 🌍
