Thank you so much for your lovely feedback 💜 We are truly happy to hear that your six-year-old daughter is enjoying her lessons and feels happy with her teacher. At Flalingo Kids, we believe that early childhood English education should feel natural, enjoyable, and emotionally comfortable for children. That is why we carefully select teachers who are experienced in working specifically with young learners and who know how to create warm, interactive, and engaging lesson environments for children between ages 3-6 and 7-9. We are especially happy to hear that your daughter connected so well with her teacher. Through our AI-supported Smart Matching system, we try to bring children together with tutors who best match their personality, communication style, learning pace, and emotional comfort level. We strongly believe that the bond between a child and their teacher plays a huge role in building confidence and long-term motivation in language learning. Our Flalingo Kids lessons are also designed with interactive speaking activities, visual learning tools, gamified lesson structures, and child-friendly communication methods to help young learners enjoy English while naturally developing speaking confidence. Thank you again for your trust and for allowing Flalingo Kids to be part of your daughter’s English journey 💜🌍

Thank you so much for sharing such a heartfelt and detailed experience with us. Reading your journey truly means a lot to the entire Flalingo team 💙 We are especially touched by your story about overcoming shyness and gaining the confidence to continue speaking English. Many learners begin their English journey feeling nervous, hesitant, or afraid of making mistakes while speaking. At Flalingo, one of our biggest goals is creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where students can gradually build communication confidence at their own pace. We are very happy to hear that your instructors helped you overcome those fears. We carefully work with attentive, supportive, and professional tutors who understand that language learning is not only about grammar or vocabulary, but also about emotional comfort, motivation, and confidence-building. Your comments about the platform features also make us incredibly happy. Through our AI-supported FLAI progress reports, students can track their development after each lesson and better understand their strengths and improvement areas over time. We believe that seeing progress clearly helps students stay motivated and consistent in their learning journey. We are also glad to hear that the flexible scheduling system and weekly group lessons contributed positively to your experience. Our small interactive group lessons are specially designed to create enjoyable speaking practice opportunities where students can communicate with learners at similar levels while improving fluency and confidence together. And of course, your kind words about our customer service team truly mean a lot to us. Supporting students quickly, kindly, and sincerely throughout the entire learning process is one of the values we care about most as a platform. Knowing that you feel supported and cared for makes us very proud of our teams. Hearing that you feel excited about your lessons even after 5 months and that you would confidently renew your membership is one of the greatest compliments we could receive. Thank you again for your trust, your beautiful energy, and for allowing Flalingo to be part of your English learning journey 🌍💙

This multicultural learning environment creates a truly unique teaching experience for our tutors and a richer communication experience for our students. We also greatly appreciate your comments about our tutor experience and onboarding structure.
