I bought the Flair 2GO and the Nespresso pod adapter that fits it by end of July 26 from a UK distributor. The pod adapter developed a fault very quickly and I tried to communicate with the UK distributor for over a month (including calling their head office twice) without any reply. When I went straight to Flairespreso.com, a great customer service rep (Abbey R) picked up on the request immediately and kept trying until we found a solution that worked. The exchange was professional as well as showing real initiative to help. After using the Flair 2GO for over a month now, it produces amazing espresso and it rekindled my passion for coffee. So, all in all, great product backed by customer service rep (Abbey R) that reflects the passion about the product they make.

I have bought two different things from Flair, and although I have had minor issues with both items, their support team is very responsive and helpful, and we were able to remedy the issues. Would definitely buy from Flair again in the future.
