Great product and perfect customer service! Been using product for 5+ years daily and it has been great. Due to own error I needed a replacement part shipped internationally that was not immediately available in webshop. Customer service was very quick and helpful. Would highly recommend!

When I bought the coffee machine it was initially quite complicated to use and I wrote an email to customer support. I literally had a response within 10 minutes and I could email back and forth as I had various questions about the unit. Responses were quick professional and included videos showing me how to use the unit. I was extremely impressed by the support I received from Vergil and team. And with their help I pulled one of the best tasting espresso shots I've ever made so I know the machine works.
