I want to apologize about your experience with old listings. We are pleased to report that Fizber was sold in 2012 and is now under new ownership/management. We appreciate your feedback and made it our first priority to resolve this issue of "stale listings". If you visit Fizber.com today, you will find that the site has been totally redeveloped and only shows recent listings. For what it is worth, I don't believe the previous owners had any intention of trying to deceive people...the site was simply one of many sites owned by the previous owners and they were not able to give the site the attention it deserved so old listings were just overlooked. We are very excited about the changes we have made to the site and customer service is our top priority. I hope you will visit the site again and give the new ownership another chance. Thank you!

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I can not speak for the previous owners regarding how they handled this situation, however, I would like to let you know that you would not encounter this sort of error with the new redeveloped site. Of course, sometimes error occur but I can assure you that we make it a priority to be responsive to our users and resolve their concerns in a timely fashion. I am not sure if the listing you signed up for in 2010 was a paid listing or not...however, please note that the new Fizber site allows you to list your home for FREE and I want to encourage you to revisit our site and give us another shot! Fizber is now under new ownership. We take pride in our customer service and make sure we respond to all questions in a timely manner. The new Fizber.com does not charge for you to list your home. It is free and we offer many more marketing tools than what was previously offered. Please visit the site to learn about all of the new tools available to you as a home seller such as a free listing, listing syndicated to hundreds or real estate websites to give your listing more exposure, a digital property brochure that highlights your listing, a listing video tour that is posted on youtube, and full social media integration so you can share your listing with your contacts. Once again all of these things are free with your fizber listing. We care about providing you with the most up to date, efficient marketing tools so that you can sell your home and save money.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. The new ownership has removed all stale listings and provided a way for users to delete, edit, etc their own listings so that this type of issue doesn't occur again. The site was sold in 2012 to the current ownership and the site has been completely redeveloped. You can now list your home for free. Please visit the site to see all the changes we have done.
