Yes, Fiber did get me into the MLS which has been crucial to selling my home since agents won't bring clients unless you're in the MLS and willing to pay at least a buyers agent fee. My gripe is that Fizber just contacted another company in Florida who had that ability even though I'm in NC) and marked up what that company charged. All I needed was the MLS listing and Fizber provided no added value.

Fizber is a great concept. Post your listing in one place, and it shows up on many sites. I wish it had a bit more control over the listings though. I found that while I could get the listing on fizber to look pretty good, the order of photos, information formatting, and other options did not translate very well to zillow and trulia. And once fizber posts a profile on those sites, you cannot edit them. Next time, I don't think I'd use fizber to create those profiles, and would instead, create them manually on each site, just to get better control over how they're formatted.

Our development team is currently working with both Zillow and Trulia to improve the process of how they populate the information we send them. In the meantime, we can turn off the Fizber sharing feature so that you can claim your listing on Zillow as the homeowner and edit it. Doing so will also help to update Trulia since they take direct feed from Zillow and give priority to Zillow listings over ours. Please let us know if you would like us to do this for you by emailing [email protected] Additionally once you have ownership of the Zillow listing you can turn back on the Fizber sharing feature (to enable syndication to the other sites Fizber will post your listing on) because both Zillow & Trulia should ignore our feed once you claim your listing on their respective sites.
