I think it's very well designed. I do think the top box with the "description", "version" and "download now" button needs to be a little bigger, as well as the "download now" button. The text throughout is fine but I think the headers should be in bold to pop out more. I also think you should be able to view the entire page in one go without having to scroll down to find the box where you find your device. Maybe condense all the paragraphs to a sentence or two and put the rest under a link "read more" so when it's click the whole paragraph extends.

This website is very user friendly, reliable and useful for everyone. All the drivers installed easily and the layout as well as the labeling and overall design makes it simple for anyone to use and find what they are looking for in an instant.

The website seems very easy to use. It is very straightforward so there's no guessing as to what steps to take to get started. On the original homepage link I clicked, it took me to a homepage that had some colors and graphics, but after browsing the site and clicking the "home" button it took me to a page that seemed plainer than the original. In my opinion, some graphics and different colors would be more eye catching, but this is not completely necessary, it would just make it look a little nicer. I would still use the products offered and appreciate the simplicity of the functionality of the website.

when i landed on this page. i thought i was like a normal website which looks normal. when i downloaded the drivers assist i found it amazing and the all the drivers were easily updated and i found it very useful. i recommend my friends you should try to use at least once and see how useful itself in solving all the driver problems. thanks sri santhi

I thought the website was pretty well organized and user-friendly. The download button is easy to find and the topics are in a nice, clean, undistracting design. Perhaps the only thing I would improve on is its wordiness. I think for a customer to read all that information, it might be a little much. Maybe try to condense that text. Smaller text sometimes makes it seem more manageable. It is pretty neatly organized overall.

Fixyourerror.com is a fantastic idea in action. Far too often hours of productivity are lost to hunting for new drivers; this website installs a program which essentially acts as a driver manager for a variety of operating systems and devices. The download manager makes installation of the program a snap. The information presented on the website is comprehensive, well-organized, and offers ample documentation of everything needed to utilize the software.

Having an HP printer myself I know how hard it was to find things. This page is definitely a big improvement with the download button being visible on the sidebar prominently. However one thing I noted on the page was that the software is supposed to "Driver Agent software looks through your computer file system for corrupt, outdated, and missing HP Printer Drivers and automatically installs & updates them to the latest version that's compatible with your PC." I use Ubuntu and that is not even on the list of devices supported. If this doesnot support Ubuntu or other Linux OS then this should be clarified.
