I think the web page is a good start easy to get around on the website. The cover page needs some color something that will catch the eye instantly. Maybe even a sign up where they can keep track of keep for reference.

The website is clean looking and very easy to navigate. Although my main concern is when I look at it, I can't tell if it is a legit website or something that is going to infect my computer. There's nothing on there about the BBB or FCC. I just don't think I will click onto any downloads from this site.

I didn't think the site looked very professional. I couldn't read the first line of options and it kind of looked like they were just thrown on the page. The download option didn't stand out to me and I think that's important because ultimately that's why customers are visiting the site.

This might be my personal preference, but I found the landing page to be a little bit busy. I think that the layout could be cleaner and simpler. Additionally I don't particularly like the font chosen for the body text. I liked the Fix Your Error logo a lot and the toolbar at the top. I sort of wonder if it is necessary to take up space in the bottom left of the page with the Windows compatibility logos. Could those be placed elsewhere? Overall a decent design.

For the most part the website is extremely simple. It was straightforward where to go to download. I would say try to separate parts of the website with color to have clear sections. It's just a simple and straightforward website.
