DO NOT HIRE! I had an actual professional come to fix their work, and the 75 INCH TV that I paid them to mount was not even put into the studs on the wall. That is why it began tilting to the right, because it was going to fall out of the wall. I gave them another opportunity to correct their mistake and they told me it wasn't their problem. They also do not have employees. (read the other reviews) They have random unqualified people in different cities that do not know how to do the jobs they are hired for. He drilled a ton of holes in my wall that he didn't use. He was completely confused on what to do. They also mounted my tv all the way to the ceiling despite being asked to center it width & height. And now less than two months later it almost fell out of the wall. They want to charge me $100 to come fix it. Total scammers!

We had a technician from FixTman, LLC install a new 75" TV on an existing mount and he indicated he needed to move the mount. We later noticed the TV was not centered in the space from left to right. The technician installed an extension outlet to hide cords and that was installed correctly and he cleaned the area of drywall dust. We had the same technician mount an existing 65" TV to a new location in the basement, using a new mount. That TV was not centered in the space from left to right. Also the technician left a pile of drywall dust behind for the 2nd location. The provider, FixTman, LLC kept asking for a 5 star review, and when I mentioned we were not impressed with their services, they indicated to remove and reinstall the TV's it would be about the same amount that we already paid. They said this was past 30 days from the install, so nothing they could do. Just disappointed that it could not have been done correctly the first time. Seemed like a lame excuse since nothing had changed - 2 TV's were still installed off centered by their technician. I would not recommend their services. A reputable company would be more understanding to make things right. Once they indicated they would charge about the same to do adjust the TVs, I indicated that I was not comfortable with that. I will now need to look for another service provider to reinstall. Just disappointed. ** Updated after call back and review response ** After I submitted my review I received another call from FixTman. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and accused me of submitting a review with the intent to "hurt" their business. The person also continuously talked over me, then accused me of asking them to provide services for "free". I calmly explained that asking for a business to correct something that was installed incorrectly and asking them to perform services for free are two totally different things. I could not believe the tone and approach by FixTman LLC. I asked if I could speak with someone else and they indicated I would get a call tomorrow. Just getting even more disappointed in this company after the 2nd call back and the review response. I would suggest to others to get estimates and references and look through all reviews in advance. It seemed as these were straightforward projects. Disappointed that they could not make things right.
