Brand new tv and mount fell from wall within 60 days. Company assumed no responsibility since it didn’t fall within 30 days. There is no evidence that a tv will fall within 40 days. The side that was not mounted in studs eventually gave way. I wouldn't trust you to remount a tv.

Roman was very professional and quick. He made sure to communicate with me as the job required him to make some adjustments, due to where the placement of my studs aligned with the tv mount. He cleaned up after the job was completed and had me review to ensure I was satisfied. Great work!

Had an assembly of an entertainment center done. Tech did an excellent job and was very professional and knowledgeable. Customer service and follow up was excellent as well.

The company was extremely flexible with me not knowing for sure when the item that needed assembly would be here. The gentleman that came to do the assembly, he was right on time. He did a great job! Picked up everything, couldn’t even tell there had been an assembly going on :). Very pleased. Will most definitely use them again! Great prices as well :)

Your company exhibited multiple failures today that should warn away future customers. #1) We had scheduled an 8-10am arrival for 2 technicians to complete a Gazebo install today At 630am you texted me that they would not be here until 11. I immediately (at 7am) texted you and msg'd you on TT that this was unacceptable as this was an 8-10 hour project even for 2 guys and it was going to be dark when they finished. You wrote back that they would be here at 11 and finish before dark. 11am came and went and no surprise no technicians showed up and no communication from you. At 11:38 you messaged me "Techs will be there by 11:30" ?? I let you know they were indeed not here, and again no communication. You stated you did not know where the techs were and were going to dispatch someone else. I then asked to talk to the owner and a supervisor called me, who was nice enough but had no answers or explanation about how poorly run your company is that you do not know where your techs are, can not reach them, and do not communicate with customers. At 1pm I canceled the install since it was clear you weren't going to deliver and hired another firm for tomorrow. I wasted an entire day off work today for your appointment (which I confirmed multiple times). Your company needs to : #1) Figure out a way to know where its technicians are, and have the ability to communicate with them. #2) Learn how to communicate with customers and set expectations. Calling me BEFORE they were late to let me know they weren't going to make it and offering the discount you offered at the very end would have led to a very different outcome then me having to chase you every 30 minutes and waste my entire day. Customers -- Be wary .. just because they have a 5* review, notice that 9% of their reviews are 1* .. Thumbtack is doing a disservice in how they weight the appearance of reviews this company has a large amount of complaints about late service and poor communication. There are better options.

Sent out a tech to mount my TV who remounted in the wrong position. I was also overcharged $50 to conceal wires which was not done. Initially they agreed to fix and refund for the concealment of the wire. The fix was rescheduled twice as techs did not turn up. It was over a week later when a tech turned up to fix who was also late. He ended up messing up the job then left without finishing. After days of arguments with the support team and them initially telling me they don't offer refunds I signed an agreement for repair and refund.

I was thankful they were complete the task in a quick and efficient manner. I would book again.
