The service provided was to assemble a piece of exercise equipment. The first assembler was a cancellation, back injury. His replacement (same day) was delayed into the evening, at which time I moved it to another day. That appointment was again delayed, and ultimately cancelled and again rescheduled for the next day. The two installers that arrived were knowledgable, polite, and thourough (great clean up). I would rate the last team as a 5 out of 5...but due the the earlier cancellations, I rated the entire experience 3 out of 5.

Great communication and service! The tech returned to fix one blind was installed incorrectly. He was friendly, conscientious and collaborative in installing curtain rods and blinds in a way that was not only technically correct but aesthetically pleasing.

Justin was timely, efficient and helpful. His work is impeccable and I plan to use Fixtman in the future
