Only put one star because I couldn't select 0 i ordered 2 "weed burner" and what i received had nothing comparable to what they advertised for, worse it was unusable and unsafe. After negotiating with them they agreed to refund me 75% of my order,but I never received the money and they are now ignoring my emails. I will not give up and I have already talked to my bank and we will start a transaction dispute next week.

Sick to death of these companies pretending to be a UK business when they are actually Chinese or even Temu selling poor quality tat - Fixion UK is yet another. You only find out after you place your order and find out it is being shipped from China. If you can make contact they insust on you returning the item to get a refund and the cost of shipping it back exceeds the amount you paid. Its a total scam selling tat knowing you won't return it. Social media companies need to take action as there is an explosion of these fake websites originating in China.
