Order Number 682554 I have tracked this parcel and it says it has been delivered with authority to leave, I didn't give authority and it hasn't been delivered to my address!!!!! When i contracted the company they basically said "NOT OUR PROBLEM"!!!!

Despite repeated requests, I am still awaiting delivery of a grommet making tool that I ordered 4 months ago!!!! I gave the order number and still have not received the tool I paid for!!!! Bruce Sodervick 31 East Main St Sodus, NY 14551

Never received product and no response from Fixion despite numerous attempts. Wasted $50

Do not use this company, they are a Chinese scam outfit that advertise on Facebook Marketplace. My order arrived but was nothing like as advertised so I wanted to return them. Here's the sting! to get a refund you have to return the goods to China, but you have to cover the cost of the shipping. Only after they receive the goods, a refund is issued. SCAM😬. If the delivery stated with the order is 2 to 3 weeks, there's a good chance it's coming from China. Don't touch with a bargepole.👎👎

Worst customer service, this must be another fake company. One month wait and item did not arrive had to request refund through PayPal company response was rubbish.

Still waiting for my item. Now they are ignoring my emails. This is definitely a scam website. Do not buy from these thieves. Never again will i buy anything advertised on fb! Shame on you for

I wish I read the reviews first… it’s so bad. I’ve accepted I will never receive my order nor a reply from the ‘service’ team. Ordered my package over a month ago, no updates. No response from the ‘service’ team either. So upsetting

A different product was sent to the one advertised and ordered. Refund requested but nit offered or received.
