Product arrived damaged. immediately sent photo of the damage before shipping out and was told to return it (you have to pay for return shipping btw, joy) few days go by and they acknowledged it was damaged but somehow determined they are not responsible so no refund, no replacement and wasted money on return shipping cost. semi fast shipping give em that but any returns case you will most likely lose. i guess it can be pretty cost effective for a company to cut losses out by screwing the customer completely, "oh well sorry our decision is final." Definitely shop elsewhere..

Awful customer service that doesn't answer questions. Bought 2 of the same screens a few months apart, both received broken. Would not give refund/replacement under any circumstances. Don't waste your money at this garbage website that takes your money and gives you broken crap. Will not be shopping here ever again, nor recommend them.

Look at all of the two and three line glowing reviews…most likely generated by the company. I bought a non-functioning screen from these clowns with no response from them. Avoid.

They sent me a defective item and they will not get it back. It seems this happen all the time from what I can read online
