Not satisfied at all ... did not receive all the services I was supposed to with the package I paid for. I know next time, not to use them again.

Excellent service
Excellent service! Truly put in the time and effort to customize a winning resumé. Reviewed mine twice with no complaint. I even offered to pay extra for the second review and they declined. I am very very appreciative of the service rendered. I never wrote such a review in my life, never! But I did today because I feel I received beyond and above what was expected. Thank you

Very disapponted with the service
Very disapponted with the service. After almost 30 emails, my resume still does not look great and has someone else info on it.I just decided I do not want to keep going over and over this and spend more time.Let's not talk about LinkedIn that did not even do anything about it but I paid for it. I waste my time and money but receive confirmation my order was completed. How????

Communication was poor
Communication was poor. The day i made my purchase, I sent my resume I’m that same day. I wasn’t told when I should be expecting the draft back. I texted and emailed. Poor response which shows their customer service.

Maria, I understand your frustration. We, however, did respond to every message, text, and email we received from you. We also strive to ensure our clients are left with documents that they can utilize in furthering their career. With that being said, although we received your documents days into your 7-day timeframe you still received your first draft within that timeframe. We communicated about edits that needed to be made and we made them. This is the normal process of any writing business. I did issue a refund for the two items you did not allow us to complete for you but you did receive and pay for your resume and cover letter and we wish you luck on your future endeavors. Disappointed
I’d be remiss if I didn’t give compliment to the creative writing style, however, it was disappointing that I didn’t receive all the services I purchased. I purchased the Thank you letter and LinkedIn account makeover and neither of the services were performed. In addition I paid for expedited delivery and the due date wasn’t met nor was I given a refund or discount. Extremely disappointed.

Started off great. Received a rough draft. Was supposed to get a final draft with LinkedIn and never heard back.
