Great experience

Other than copying and pasting my resume onto a new template, there were no actual text edits made. In fact, I am the only one who made any edits after receiving the new template. The only significant edit was changing the word management to "mgmt" and I had to remove multiple duplicate lines which tells me there was no real thought put into the work. No new keywords were added and all the hard stats were added by me. My Linked-In profile was also nor completed and does not have a summary. Daniel became non-responsive because I can only assume he was working on multiple projects simultaneously. I left him to do what he thought best and gave minimal guidance, believing in your service and that he would know best what to do.

I was never shared my resume with me prior to fix a resume applying for jobs on my behalf. The resume I shared to get help basically got completely CHOPPED. 99% of the companies I had shared the Fix A Resume version of my resume passed on me all based on the resume. I have STOPPED using the resume FIX A RESUME created for me and have gone back to my old resume, got over 25 emails / call within a span of 8 hours based on the resume that is using the style / format from the 90's. I know fix a resume have 5 stars all over but my experience is not even worth a single star. The only communication Fix a resume and I had was regarding making the payment and thats about it. Don't go based on my experience or review. This company has great reviews, i just happen to be the victim of that 5 stars :-(

Took over 2 weeks to complete. (its been 4 weeks now and still not completed) Then personal statement was just copied and pasted from a resume I provided. Linked in wasn't changed at all, again copied and pasted from a resume I provided. The service i paid for was to re-write it for my current position. A very simple and generic thank you letter and letter of interest, almost like it was a Word template. Poor service and communication. Would not recommend.

He was very very very responsive in the beginning and after paying extra for a quicker turnaround time was very quick with the results, however, for the amount of money paid the results were very unsatisfactory. I tried my best to communicate with him and asked him to redo my resume. Before he did my resume I was at least getting responses and after he did it I stopped getting responses for weeks until I started using my old resume again, but he stopped responding completely. I connected with 7 different people in HR and did not tell them which resume was mine and which was the one he made and ALL 7 said mine was much better. I understood that ok, he didn't make my resume right, but when I asked him to refund me at least half the amount so I can have someone else re do my resume after asking him 4 times to re do my resume he just stopped responding. I wanted this to be a great experience but unfortunately it wasn't and I will also share this review on my social media accounts so everyone is careful and makes sure they have it in writing that he will have to correct the resume if something does not to right

I was expecting a 7 day turn around. It was completed in 2 days. I am completely happy with with the finished resume. Thank you.
