We had a rough start with Five Star, but once Al Frias was assigned to our case he quickly put our concerns and fears to rest. Al was always responsive and kept us informed by scheduling regular check-ins as our case progressed. Al would communicate with Edward Korducki also assigned to our case who became the voice representing us with the IRS and worked diligently on our behalf. Their persistence and expertise ultimately helped us find a path forward through what had been an incredibly stressful situation. There was also another gentleman, whose name I unfortunately don’t recall, who was instrumental in updating and resolving our tax filings. His work was very important to the successful outcome as well. Ultimately, this was truly a team effort, led by Al Frias, who completely changed our perspective on Five Star. We are extremely grateful for the dedication, professionalism, and support we received throughout the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Five Star, and especially Al Frias, to anyone seeking help with a tax issue. They turned a very difficult experience into one with a positive outcome, and we sincerely appreciate everything they did for us.
