I am writing to report my experience…
I am writing to report my experience with this company regarding IRS debt relief. I sought assistance because I owe approximately $30,000 to the IRS and was having difficulty reaching a live IRS agent. During the initial consultation, I informed them that I was already aware of Currently Not Collectible (CNC) status, which I could apply for myself for free by answering a few questions directly with the IRS. They assured me they could provide a much better solution: an Offer in Compromise letter that would allow me to settle my $30,000 debt for approximately $4,000, with the option to pay that settlement in installments. As a single mother with limited income, this sounded like the exact help I needed, so I agreed to their payment plan of $3,500, paid at $500 per month. I enrolled in July. Four months later, I had received no updates, no clear plan, and no evidence of progress on my case. No one contacted me proactively. I began to have serious concerns and informed them that if there was no progress by my fifth payment, I would be requesting a full refund. After that, they contacted me offering to file for Currently Not Collectible status for the $3,500. I declined, as this is a status I had already told them I could obtain for free on my own. It was then revealed that the Offer in Compromise letter they originally promised only had a 30% chance of approval. This was not what was promised to me at enrollment. I was led to believe a settlement for $4,000 was a realistic and expected outcome, not a low-probability attempt. When I requested a refund due to lack of services and misleading promises, they refused. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges and initiate a fraud claim. I strongly advise others not to pay for services with this company. The services promised were not delivered, the success rate was misrepresented, and they refused to issue a refund.
