Dear Black DX, We take all feedback seriously, but your review contains several inaccuracies that we would like to address. 1. **Company Legitimacy and Address**: It is completely untrue that we have changed our address multiple times. **FiveM Store LLC** is a legally registered business in the **United States (Kentucky)**, and our registration details can easily be verified via public records. Our **Company Registration Number** is **1174776**, and you can view the official documentation here: [Company Registration](https://web.sos.ky.gov/corpcertificates/81/2023011600284181.pdf). Since our founding in 2018, we have operated transparently and legally, and verifying our legitimacy in **2024** is straightforward. We encourage anyone with concerns to check our registration for themselves. 2. **Script Reselling Claim**: The claim that we are merely reselling other developers’ scripts or offering free scripts is false. All products listed on **FiveM Store** are either developed by us or are legally sourced through proper agreements with developers. We have worked hard to build partnerships and provide quality content for our customers. If a script is publicly available or offered for free, it is clearly stated on our website. Misleading customers is not part of our business practices. 3. **No Order on Record**: After reviewing our records, we found that the email/name associated with this review does not match any order on our site. This suggests that the comments here may be intended to harm our reputation rather than provide genuine feedback. We invite anyone to review our refund policy and terms of service, which are fully transparent and available on our website: - [Refund Policy](https://fivem-store.com/refund-policy) - [Terms and Conditions](https://fivem-store.com/terms-and-conditions) If you have any legitimate concerns or further questions, we encourage you to contact our **Support Center** through our ticket system, and we will be happy to assist you directly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We remain committed to providing the best experience possible for our community. Best regards, FiveM Store LLC

Dear Oz, Thank you for your review. We take such allegations very seriously, and we want to clarify a significant misunderstanding in your comment. FiveM Store LLC (https://fivem-store.com) is a legitimate, registered business in the United States (Kentucky) under Reg No. 1174776. We are not affiliated in any way with "5mservers.com" or any other similar website. It is unfortunate that you have had a negative experience elsewhere, but we want to make it clear that our company operates independently and transparently. Unrelated to 5mservers.com: We do not share any connection with the website you mentioned. While some names in the FiveM community may sound similar, FiveM Store LLC is distinct and operates according to strict business and ethical standards. Legitimacy and Transparency: We process all transactions securely through Amazon Pay, ensuring a safe and protected payment process for our customers. Our registration details are publicly available for verification. Customer Support: If you believe you encountered an issue with our website (https://fivem-store.com), we encourage you to reach out to our Support Center (via ticket system) so we can review your case and assist you directly. However, if your concerns are related to another website, we unfortunately cannot help but recommend reporting them through the proper channels. Commitment to Customers: We are committed to serving our customers with integrity, and we encourage anyone with concerns about our business to verify our legitimacy independently. We maintain clear Refund Policies and are dedicated to resolving any valid disputes. We kindly request that you update your review to reflect this clarification, as it inaccurately associates our company with actions unrelated to us. We are more than willing to assist you further if needed through our official support channels. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope this clears up any confusion. Best regards, FiveM Store LLC
