Well structured self reflection, a few bumps
This program was well structured and helped our daughter reflect on herself to build clarity about how her passions could be turned into practical ways of making a difference in the world. The coaches were attentive and helpful. The social connections she made were rich. The challenges were few: (1) the program was scaling up this year so there were some logistical kinks that still needed to be worked out; (2) the program was more intense than I expected so we were glad we did it in the summer; (3) there was a lot of content so the meetings often ran longer than expected. Overall we were glad we signed up and felt we got our money’s worth.
