I tried using them and was disappointed very quickly. It’s difficult to use, not worth even half the price, they’re unorganized and I needed to repeat my requests a few times - everytime I needed help. Flat out, they are horrible.

I've used Five9 at two different companies now. I'm extremely pleased with the service I've receieved and the attention to detail that everyone in the organization has shown me. While Five9 doesn't always have all the answers, they are always willing to help find the answer and better their product to exceed my expectations. They are the solution you should look towards if you need a phone solution or omnichannel solution.

From implementation to now, almost 2 years later, we are VERY satisfied with Five9. The support is out of this world and worth every penny for peace of mind.

Five9 has really good technical support that makes up for a lot of the weaknesses in the other departments. Case in point: today's system wide outage following a scheduled upgrade. We received no communication from Five9, and calling them gets an automated status message stating that "network status is normal." I only learned of the problem when my agents were unable to log in. No social media presence just makes it worse, and no one seems to care enough to update things. They just toss out red herrings about things being slow, customers saying that it's been getting better etc. Admit your mistakes, roll back the upgrade, and take responsibility. At this point, Five9 is more like One9.

A cloud-based platform is definitely the way to go and Five9 has one of the best. It's scalable and offers great features for appropriate upgrade prices. I would highly advise for everyone from startups to Fortune 50.
