Unique Find

Disappointed
They gave me a 20% discount on purchase price (not shipping) because it only played 2 times. But the reason we bought was sentimental specific to the song / playing from a dog. Silly, but only reason we bought. Very disappointed

I am sorry that the stuffed animal stopped playing after 2 times. We tested it before shipping and it was working ok but we would have only played the it once. I offered an additional 20% because the item was already discounted 30% which would be a 50% discount on the item and the stuffed dog is still really cute. But if you are not satisfied we can still send you a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund. If you would prefer to return the item please send us a message by using the contact us form on the website or give us a call at the store.
