When translated from Dutch, the recent review reads: "Fitzula's Gift Shop is a real gem! I just found a beautiful Christmas tree there, perfect for my home. The selection is amazing, from classic to modern designs. Delivery was fast and everything was in perfect condition. A top shop for anyone looking for unique gifts. Definitely recommended!" Given this overwhelmingly positive feedback, it seems the 1-star rating was selected by mistake and was likely intended to be 4 or 5 stars.

The product that I ordered wasn’t exactly what I ordered. It should’ve been pink instead of a more of a red ruby in color. the stone that’s in it and the design is not actually what I was looking for for the original.

I have been trying to reach the company…
I have been trying to reach the company for 3 days now. I never received my order although the tracking says it was delivered on 2/27/25. I have walked my home, deck, yard and neighbors but have not found or received my order. And I have not received any phone call or email returning my inquiries.

According to the tracking information on the UPS website the package was delivered on 12/29/2022 at 6:00 PM and was received by a member of your household. After reading the review I opened a claim with UPS stating that even though the status was delivered the recipient had not received the package. They opened an investigation and a couple of days later responded with their findings that the package was delivered to the correct location and closed the investigation.

Horrible to do business
Horrible to do business. I mistakenly order the wrong figurine and asked to return or exchange. No offer to provide shipping label. The cost to return was almost twice the value of the figurine…$120.00 to ship a $69 figurine. This is horrible customer service!
