They were great! Delivery was fast and packaged very well!! I will definitely have no problem with confidently ordering from them again!! Excellent experience!!!!

Easy to find what I wanted and easy to check out.

The stuffed unicorn I ordered was as described and lovely. However, it was literally folded into a box nearly half its size. This item is supposed to stand on its own. Folding it into a small box caused a crease in one of the legs and bent the flowers sewn on the body. Luckily I have a few weeks before my granddaughter’s birthday so I can press down the flowers and keep the leg straight. In the future I hope whoever does the packing finds a box more in line with the product. Especially when someone is paying over $75 for a stuffed animal. I’m giving 4 stars because the item is lovely and placing and tracking the order was easy.

They double checked my order when my address was questioned & got my order to me very quickly!🙂

I received my order promptly. I love it! It’s perfect for my daughter’s baby shower!

Shipped super fast, arrived in perfect shape.

Great customer service and ease of use/ordering online!

This was a gift to my mom because she likes angels and retired. I was disappointed that she could not read the writing on the angel. I was thinking about returning it.
