Ordering was easy and my items were well packaged and arrived in a timely manner.

Thankyou for this cute little teddy bear dressed up as a strawberry. The shipping was fast too.

The item arrived in a timely manner and was packaged well.

Such an awesome gift!

Fast shipping, came quick!

You had what I was looking for at a reasonable price and I received it fast and the package wasn’t damaged, although we know the damaged package happens with the shipping company.

I have been trying to reach the company for 3 days now. I never received my order although the tracking says it was delivered on 2/27/25. I have walked my home, deck, yard and neighbors but have not found or received my order. And I have not received any phone call or email returning my inquiries.

This was my second purchase from Fitzula's and like the first was handled quickly and professionally. The care taken in wrapping my breakable item was first-rate and it arrived before I was expecting it. They're great to deal with.
