Has everything I was looking for, along with great customer service! Didn't think it was possible at this price point!!

I was a bit worried about switching my clients over to a new system but thanks to Fitune the process has been much easier than expected. Their product allowed me to automatically invite of my existing clients to the platform, I was up and running before I knew it! Even some of my lost clients resubscribed!

I´ve was teaching live on FB, giving out bank account numbers, organizing students in diffusion groups, scheduling / sending reminders and going crazy until Fitune came along and arranged my life! All of this taken care of in one App, ideal for us trainers who rather focus on the training side of our jobs. Friendly access, easy to use and open to feedback to satisfy our personal ideas/needs. I’ve been trying to find a decent platform which allows you to offer live-stream, video-on-demand and in-person classes in one, and I’m so happy I came across Fitune. I wish I discovered it earlier. The product has all the functionalities I need, it’s extremely easy to use and the support team is simply amazing. Can’t recommend it enough!

I’ve only just started using it but my experience so far has been nothing but positive. One of the reasons why I switched from my current platform was due to an Issue with the embed code not functioning when viewed on an iPhone. I was really gutted when the same thing happened again, but the team were great at helping troubleshoot and provide solutions in a very short space of time. By contrast, the other platform I’d been with had said they’d look into the issue but 6 weeks on, they’d not provided any update unless chased and not suggested any solutions. I also think it’s great they offer the ability to add on-demand subscriptions too. As a pre and postnatal personal trainer, it’s such a relief to have found one provider which can do on-demand AND class bookings, with such a solid platform. Very much looking forward to all the new features which are in development too!
