What a lot of rubbish! I should have known: no pill will let you continue to eat (even your normal sensible diet) and make you lose weight. These people are making huge amounts of money out of gullible people (sadly like me) and should be reported to the trades description people if not the medical council. I wish i knew how to get them taken off the internet but hopefully the more people who write this sort of review, the less people will be taken in. Please don't let anyone else use it.

I ordered 12 bottles some time ago. I have 8 remaining unopened. My start weight was 75 kg. I am 76 years old. 5'8"tall, I am active and eat healthy foods, not the high calorific food shown in the video. My aim was to reach 65kg in a few weeks as the video suggested would happen. What happened? nothing. Not 1 kg has dropped off me. I am very disappointed and will return all my unused and part used tablets. If I get a refund, I will think myself lucky as shipping to USA from Cyprus is expensive.

After ordering I received a call telling me for a mere $3,000 I would get a detailed eating plan, support, etc. It was at this point I realized I'd been taken. But I gave the product a chance anyway and have taken 3 bottles worth. Nothing, no weight loss & am giving up as of today. Lesson learned.

I’ve been taking Fitspresso for 4 months. I am down 25 lbs. I have changed my way of eating but Fitspresso has filled me with so much energy. After taking it with my coffee in the morning, I am up and busy for hours and feel good the rest of the day. I am a true user and if nothing else, I have energy that last all day. I have reordered it so I know it works for me. I’m 68 and have energy that I haven’t had in years.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Some things in the video can help you lose weight. L-Carnitine, Green Tea. Chromium plays a role in how your body regulates blood sugar, I can't find much on L-theanine except it may be a stress reliever. I have never heard of EGCG, best you google it and lastly, GGA google that as well. The latter 2 seem to be something that protects your cells from stress. Not sure how that plays a role in weight loss. I would also like to add in my weight loss journey "Your body needs good fat to lose fat" eg. coconut oil, avocado, the list goes on, Just google good fats and a long list comes up. Also, one thing I learned is "everything in moderation and moderate exercise. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

Do not waste your money on the fake fat burning pills. IT’S A SCAM. They are extremely expensive and do nothing. When calling to get a refund they tell you the window is closed and there is nothing you can do. When asked to speak with a manager I was told there was no one available, after a long wait. PLEASE BEWARE. If it sounds to good to be true RUN. One star is still to good of a rating.
