I ordered this product a couple months before my daughter's wedding and took it as directed each day. It did not work. I contacted customer service within 60 days (I had previously read that the money back guarantee is 60 days, not 180 days). They told me to send the unused bottles back with tracking and to email them the tracking number. I watched the tracking and when I saw it had been delivered I reached out asking for my refund. I had to send about three separate nagging emails with increasingly annoyed and demanding tone. The FULL refund appeared on my credit card. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because they actually did keep their promise on the money back guarantee.

Doesn’t work and another waste of money. Made it difficult to return, so money back guarantee is not as available as they state.

I bought Fitspresso first in July 2024. It did seem to give me some weight loss, make me feel fuller, and have a milder appetite. But only 4 or so pounds in 3+ months. I did decide to try longer and joke's on me. It now has only 30 caps per bottle. I believe it had 60 before so one bottle would last a month. Trying to get people hooked and then cheat them?

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Some things in the video can help you lose weight. L-Carnitine, Green Tea. Chromium plays a role in how your body regulates blood sugar, I can't find much on L-theanine except it may be a stress reliever. I have never heard of EGCG, best you google it and lastly, GGA google that as well. The latter 2 seem to be something that protects your cells from stress. Not sure how that plays a role in weight loss. I would also like to add in my weight loss journey "Your body needs good fat to lose fat" eg. coconut oil, avocado, the list goes on, Just google good fats and a long list comes up. Also, one thing I learned is "everything in moderation and moderate exercise. Good luck on your weight loss journey.

Didn't work for me. I gave it five weeks and actually gained weight. Ate all my favorites but tried not to overeat. Basically went by the original sales pitch video. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because they did honor their refund policy promise

After the product arrived my health changed. I was then advised not to take it. My return experience was very good. Which was a very nice surprise. I emailed about the need to return and got an email back almost immediately. Then got an email with instructions on how to return. Followed instructions precisely and was very happy and relieved that charges were returned my card in 4 days. A big sigh of relief for me.

I think this is a HUGE scam. I bought this stuff, have used it for 2 weeks, and no change in weight. I wish I had known about Trust Pilot when I bought this stuff. I fell for the BS - this company needs to be knocked off the market.
